Introduction session (Session Online)

I understand that choosing a therapist is a difficult choice, quite often led by high stress and anxiety. In my practice, I offer an introduction session, which is up to 25 min long and can be booked online. During that taster session, you can ask any questions and see whether I will be a good fit for you.  Please note, the introduction session is not a standard session and is strictly timely boundaried to 25 min only.

You are always welcome to book a standard session without an introduction session.
